Again, I call for anyone who feels they might sometime maybe be sort of a little bit interested to join DW, join the comm, and post stories of stupid people. They don't have to be famous or newsworthy, they can just be people you've met, clients or customers or bosses (with no identifying details, plz; this is NOT a place to air your grudges or call people out).

If you don't have a DW code, ask me for one. You don't even have to tell me your DW name. It's all anonymous. Except for me, I guess.

Mom and I are going to visit the grandparents in Evansville this Thursday and Friday. I've only been back once since graduation, and now there's a bunch of new construction on campus. I hope because it looks all different that I won't fling myself at a passing dean and scream, "TAKE ME BACK, PLEASE!" I miss school so hard.

It'll be the second time John and I have spent two nights apart since he moved in with me in February 2007. I'm sad about that. I sort of wish he could go with us so that I could share campus with him. He jokes that I think UE is where our kids are going "whether they like it or not," which is only half true; if they want to go somewhere else, I won't stop them, but I'll be really happy if they go to UE. Y'know, if we can afford to send the kids to college in 20 years or so.

My computer has decided it wants to be a shut-in and is not allowing me to access the internet. The local network, yes; intarwebs, no. And of course that means I need to make an LJ post STAT.

A co-worker, on McCain's possible VP pick Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin:
